I went to the ****Easton Station location, and after going through the initial consultation and being cleared to get the surgery, I was turned away by the surgeon the day of the surgery. He claimed it was due to me still needing glasses post-op (which I was fine with because I needed them to read) so he shut me down completely. He didn't actually tell me to my face either, relying instead to have a nurse to do so. While the people there were decent otherwise, it had an overall flaky feel to it all. Lasik Plus in Mt. Royal, NJ performed eye surgery on me in December 2021. They were supposed to correct my distance and I used all the drops and followed the instructions they give you to a tea and here it is 10 months after my surgery and I still cannot see signs while driving in the day and night, and license plates until I am right up on them, which is how it was before the surgery. As with everyones else complaints with LASIKPLUS, mine is the exact same. I had my eyes done in January 2022 at the *******, ** location and have been back several times because my vision has not improved. They try to make you believe it's 20/20 but it's not. My distance vision is no better then before the surgery i cannot drive at night without needing glasses. I paid nearly $4000 for vision correction and received nothing. If I could give them zero stars I would!I had Lasik performed in August of 2021 (1 year ago). I have been having issues with my distance vision since day 1, especially when driving, and at night. I have been reporting this at every follow up appointment, being told it takes a year to fully heal, and to keep applying moisturizing eye drops. I just had my 1 year exam by my regular eye doctor, who confirms I still require a prescription for both reading (expected) as well as distance. I can not read street signs when driving. Not a good consultation experience. Doctor said I will need glasses/contacts again at ages 40-45 years old and nothing will stop that due to the natural aging process and they do not do corrections at that stage in life. Very kind but new eye tech (I don't want someone new making the decisions on what info goes on my chart for the doc to review). I received LASIKplus in January 2022 at the ******** location to treat my nearsightedness and astigmatism. The technicians at LASIKplus walked me through the process during my initial consultation and let me know that the procedure was not painful, often resulted in minimal discomfort and offered a fast recovery. I was very excited to get treated. While the results of my procedure are aligned with my expectations, I cant recommend LASIKplus to others after the negligence demonstrated during my procedure. 8 years after the procedure I realized I needed an enhancement. I could see more clearly and read signs further away when wearing my friends glasses. I got an eye exam by a third party which confirmed as much. When I went in to LasikPlus in Brooklyn however, the eye exam claimed I had 20/20 vision. I could not read all the letters, but they had me guess a few times until I got them right. The letters were very blurry. They promised I would be able to read still from the podium because I speak publicly. I was blurry from day one and I cannot read 16pt font or less from any distance without glasses. I paid $3,400, including extra for free corrections. I called, left voicemails, emailed and no responses. I have emails and phone logs.
