They offer a free consultation and do 10 different eye exams just to basically tell you: "Yes, you qualify." They won't even explain why, show you any of the eye exam results or give any medical reasoning. The employees seem forced to do their job for some reason.
Gurleen (Ophthalmic Technician) made my visit such a comfortable experience. She was kind, patient, and took the time to help me find the right resources and treatment for my eyes. I truly appreciated how supportive and knowledgeable she was throughout the process. Highly recommend her!
