This used to be an amazing company...and then Carrier bought them. Now no one answers the phone, no one is helpful, and the wait time just went up by an hour.
Terrible customer service. Says they close at 5 and they stopped taking orders at 4:30.
After using Lashley for over 10yrs I now see there warehouse staff reduced to employee who appears to have to cover customer service AND unload incoming freight AND pull orders, answer phones and hold down arguably one of the most important, stressful aspects of your operation for now going on seven months plus. I hope he is getting some significant compensation for being taken advantage of in this manner. Counter personal are not helpful and look like they are miserable at work. Why work there if you don’t like your job. They need to improve on their customer service.
