Not only was Cathy an absolute sweetheart, but she was careful, precise and meticulous - which is exactly what I look for in a lash lift service! She took the time to consider my natural lash shape and structure in order to determine the best method that would give me the perfect results, which really demonstrated how well experienced she is. She was super gentle throughout the process, leaving me feeling so grounded and peaceful when I left! My lashes turned out perfectly, and I will definitely be returning.

Got my lashes done today, a tint and lift and it came out great!!! Cathy did my brows and I met Jen as well (with my eyes closed haha) they were both sooooo kind! I had some specific questions prior and Cathy was kind enough to give me a call before hand to provide full transparency in what they use etc and wanted to ensure I felt safe and comfortable (which I def did). They're work is amazing, but the customer service alone is top notch!!!!! I'll recommend them to others and be back myself :)
