I have no clue what that one star is complaining about. Everyone there is very friendly, and are very quick with getting you checked in. I would advice people to not come to an appointment very early because with this kind of profession there is a 99% chance they won't help you earlier than your scheduled appointment unless they tell you ahead of time about an earlier opening. They do not value your time! I just came in 5 minutes early for my 3rd appointment, was not greeted so I could not check in. It was 5:35 on my phone and I asked how long more it would take and Amanda rose said it wouldn’t take that much longer. I decided to leave as I don’t like my time wasted. My first appointment was at 8am and the tech came 5 minutes late. Since I was the first appointment I had to wait for her to settle in which took another 5 minutes.
