Walked into this nail salon asking for **just a pedicure**. The woman at the front immediately said “nope, sorry, can’t,” with no explanation and a very rude tone. When I calmly asked **why** and how long the wait would be, she said **one hour**—but still refused to serve me. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Even if you’re busy, there’s no excuse for being rude. Customer service here was extremely disappointing. 0/10
Will not be returning. Shape is completely off, nails are bumpy, and he did not bother to clean up around my nails.
This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The quality of their work is impeccable—clean, detailed, and long-lasting. They use top-quality materials, and you can truly see and feel the difference. They always take the time to make sure everything looks perfect. This is hands down the best nail place I’ve been to. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for flawless results and an amazing experience.
I just spent $40 at Target to fix the mess on my nails from yesterday. For months my nails were great but something’s changed. My nails started being lumpy and the top coat peels off.
