I truly can’t recommend this nail salon enough. The owners are wonderful and the entire staff is always so kind, welcoming, and professional. Every time I come in, they do an amazing job and pay great attention to detail. The salon is clean, relaxing, and you can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. i got a pedicure and manicure and they took my quickly and made sure they knew what i wanted. The pedicure was very relaxing and i really enjoyed my experience here . it was my first time as well.

Walked into this nail salon asking for **just a pedicure**. The woman at the front immediately said “nope, sorry, can’t,” with no explanation and a very rude tone. When I calmly asked **why** and how long the wait would be, she said **one hour**—but still refused to serve me. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Even if you’re busy, there’s no excuse for being rude. Customer service here was extremely disappointing. 0/10
