I booked a lash service as a 1st time customer. I was sent a notification the same day stating my appointment was canceled. I called the number listed to inquire why the appointment was canceled and asked should I reschedule for a different day (because i wasnt notified of the reason for cancelation). She said she would look into it but never got back to me. I was never given any reason. That was an inconvenience for me. So for that reason is why I give a 1 star review.
