Terrible customer service. She wasn’t at the appointment on time and I had to get her correct number from someone else in another suite just to get in contact with her. Once I got in contact with her she said she didn't know about the appointment even though I booked a whole week in advanced. I had her send me my deposit back. I was mad as hell DO NOT BOOK WITH HER

Neli is the best lash tech Every time I go, I walk out feeling beautiful. Very versatile if you wanna have a great conversation you def can and if you wanna just sit back you can too!
I moved to Columbus and I as scared I wouldn’t find a good lash artist but she is honestly the best I’ve ever been to! She fits them well to the shape of your eye and they last a long time. I highly recommend this place
