I purchased a platinum wedding ring with an abalone shell inlay manufactured by Lashbrook Designs. It was sold to me as a high-quality, well-crafted product, but in less than two years the inlay has fallen out. Trying to get customer service directly from the company has been completely useless. Loved the sizers that arrived quickly. Our ring arrived 6 days early too. This ring is just what my fiance' wanted.
Just cancelled my order with Lashbrook and am sooo happy I did. It sucks to loose 15% to a restocking fee for a ring that was never made, but priceless to not have to be stuck with a ring from Lashbrook. I contacted Lashbrook 2 weeks before my wedding for a band - there was a reason I was late that I won’t get into - and they had my custom ring to me with time to spare. It’s gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend Lashbrook.
My ring lasted 4 and a half months... They refuse to do anything about it but glue it back together and wait another 4 months until it breaks again. Pathetic
Less then a year ago my jeweler in Webster, TX recommended an ELYSIUM wedding band ring...the price was 10 times the amount I was going in hoping to spend, but she gave me her word that LASHBROOK and their Elysium products were well worth the price, and the most attractive, the guarantee that the ring was scratch proof and pretty much indestructable.
