Disappointing, inefficient, unreliable, poorly managed, negligent. Every time I try to book an appointment on the website for a specific time THEY HAVE AVAILABLE, they call me and tell me they cannot see me at the time I booked for. Unprofessional, I’ve never even gone because if something so simple as keeping up with your bookings online they can’t manage, I’m worried how my lashes will come out… also the bad reviews really persuade me.
As sad as I am to say, I do not recommend getting your lashes done here I was coming for probably at least three months seemed to be legit on pricing to start with had a reaction to the glue so they told me I could do a sensitive glue which they kept upping the price for my fills The price would never stay the same. The first time went up to like 100 then it was 120 for a fill then it went to 140 for a while. The very last time I got a fill done with sensitive glue which the Lashes never stayed on at all. Would not recommend going for lashes. No prices listed have been going for a few months and the price changes it started at 82 for a fill in them 84 when it got to 86 I asked why I got no answer .I continued to go give them the benefit of the doubt .... I go every two weeks last appointment I went two days earlier due to there schedule availability..this week two days later she charged me extra for two extra days??? I have been having my eyelashes done on and off for the past three years. This is by far the best experience I ever had..I can’t even feel them..AMAZING!
