I love this place but I can’t justify the booking stress. The tech at memorial is amazing and tbh I wish more could be like her but until the memorial location gets better facilities/availability this place is a 4/5. Before they remodeled and got rid of their multiple rooms at the memorial location which allowed u to book pretty last minute I would give this place a 5 but due to their recent temporary relocation it’s a 4. I thought this was going to be beautiful i thought it would look good but I was completely wrong. My Lashes are clumping together and falling out and I haven't did nothing not sweat not wet them not nothing.I dont even know what that means when they clump together??? I will not be returning im going out of town in the morning so there is no way to fix the problem anyway. I dont even know how to take them off.
