Horrible I called in and texted that I had the flu throwing up need to reschedule they never responded and charged my card horrible they cannot even answer their phone or respond to text. Would of it been better to come in and throw up on you during the session. Refund my cancellation when I texted and told you I was sick and need to reschedule check your emails

This review is for Krystle and Krystle alone, not Lash Love as a whole. I would just like to save someone the future humiliation, frustration, and shockingly poor treatment. And this is for the owner as well, if she considers negative feedback just as useful as positive. If I were the owner of an establishment I would want to know how my employees are treating our clients and representing my business.
