Lash represents the condo that I’m a board member of. We usually deal with Natalia Polis but as a whole Lash has provided us with great support. They are incredibly responsive and knowledgeable helping us successfully navigate through some challenging issues in our building. Lash Condo Law does not work with my condo corp but Denise was highly recommended by my real estate lawyer. We were having an issue with our Condo Corp Board where we felt they were not taking an issue seriously. We wanted them to accept responsibility for something that we felt was a common element.
