I went in on 07.10 for a set of hybrid lashes. About three minutes away, a lady called and asked if I could come later as their tech was not there. I said no, I had plans the afternoon. So she said to come since I was so close and she would do my brows while I waited for the tech. I agreed. Please note I am as white as Casper the ghost with blonde hair and blue eyes.
