The customer service is AMAZING and my lashes came out exactly how I wanted them to!
I had such a great experience! The salon is very cute and kept very clean. My appointment was with Margarita (brow lamination and tint), and she did a fantastic job. She took her time and the end result was perfect. I will definitely be returning.
I’m so happy I found Lash and Brows by I & A! Inna was amazing—she texted reminders and directions, and was even waiting at the door when I arrived. I’ve been getting lash lifts in NYC for the past 4–5 years at the same spot, and although I’ve tried other places before, no one ever did them quite as perfectly as my go-to.
