After receiving this text I ended up coming back to this place and had Christina as my brow technician. I explained what happened prior to this visit and she was sooooo sweet & understanding.. she gave me a free bag of goodies + the free service as an apology for my experience though it was not her or the place fault! I had went to get my eyebrows laminated, waxed, & tinted. As soon as I walked through the door I had high expectations as the set up is beautiful! I was 3 minutes early arriving, did not get greeted and sat on a chair waiting. I waited around 15 minutes before being seen and the esthetician providing my service did not have a client before me so there was no reason for the delay. I have been coming here since the very start. I met the owner Christina 16 years ago. She has always taken very good care of me watching her grow and build her business has been amazing to see all the girls there are so talented. She has been doing my lash extensions, spray, tans, and facials, and waxing forever. The salon is so clean, well maintained and so cute!! She always seems to find the best people to work there.
