Very friendly. Clean and comfortable and excellent services.
The owner does not treat the elderly very well. In fact she is downright disrespectful. My mother was told not to come back because she was five minutes late for an appointment. That's OK there are plenty of places to get your eyelashes done. The owner herself He's not much of a businesswoman. You don't treat other women like this.

I know who you are speaking of and, of the four different appointments she has booked with us, she has been thirty minutes late and twenty minutes late. She also came in with existing strip lashes and heavy makeup, which prevented us from performing her service. She has also cancelled inside of our 24 hour cancellation policy without being charged. This was, by far, the best wax I have ever received. Sarah K. was efficient, fast, professional and personable. The environment is inviting and calming...smells amazing too! I will definitely be back!
I've been coming to Wax and Lash, since they first opened. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. After a brow mishap with another employee, I finally found my forever lady - Sarah K. She has helped me regrow my brows, shape them, clean them up, and make them look amazing! I've been using her for months now and highly recommend her. She's so sweet and remembers everything!
