My mother has been getting laser for years and decided to try out lasethetics in Oran park because its close to home. Whilst getting laser on her legs, she asked the lady to turn down the heat as it was severely burning her. The lady replied and said 'it's normal, it needs to be this hot'. My mum kept trying to persist with the pain it was causing her until the lady finally decided to turn the heat down.
