Poor communication with sales team. Hard to get in touch with anyone in the team.
Extremely terrible customer service that is unwilling to help me get parts to fix their machine. Repeated attempts over the years to fix our issues and we still run in to the same problems. could never recommend this company to anyone in good conscious. Other, much better laser welder companies out there that are worth your time.
I would know if you send machines to Peru o have parners here I would test the machine for jewelry thank you
