I went in for full-face laser hair removal and specifically asked MULTIPLE times for them to avoid my eyebrows. Despite clearly emphasizing this, the technician went straight over my eyebrows while lasering my forehead and didn’t use the protective tool that’s normally used to shield them. Negative stars for my last electrolysis/laser visit. Ignored me when I said the laser was too painful. For electrolysis: the probe was held in for a long time, so long it burned me in several places. I told her it was painful, she brushed me off and continued. It's been over a week and I still have dark marks on my face.
Not all laser nurses are created equal. These are the best without exception! I have tried other places and they don’t work for me. I highly recommend Debbie and her crew of excellent trained nurses.
I have left three messages in a week as well as two emails trying to get a response on scheduling and question on their services. Every call is trying to post a business hours but they never answer call back. They may be great at their services, but apparently if you're a new client they really don't want to help you. Do better.
