Heather, with Laser Equipment repaired my Samsung Laser printer that wouldn't feed paper. Very thorough, constant communication, very professional, This is a home printer for my children school and small business. I would highly recommend, free delivery and pick-up. Very reasonable pricing.
Great service
Just got off the phone with Tabitha re my HP M1217nfw printer. She was most helpful and reasonably priced to do what needs to be done, e.g., thorough cleaning of leaked toner and installation of new paper pick-up roller & separation pad assembly. She has the right idea of how both to (1) serve the community and (2) be a part of the community. She is now my "go-to" guy for all things laser! Such an honest merchant is like an oasis in our nation's unscrupulous corporate desert.
