Great staff great service Nurse are lovely and profesional knowledgeable excelent service
The worst experience. Taking time off work to get my veins checked, and because I have a family hx of DVT and they say that has nothing to do with the veins... They have me make an appointment for the ultrasound another day because they are done for the day. And the NP quickly just looked and was done. Then come in the second time and now they want me to set up an appointment for the results for the ultrasound because drs not there that day. This really had me on 10!!!!!
Always over booked for procedures.they have 2 procedure rooms but way over book the appointments for procedures. Both times I’ve waited well over an hour for my appointment because they over booked for procedures. The doctor is only at this location once a week and the other offices are far from this part of Phoenix. There were other patients who were waiting even longer then me due to the over booking they have been doing.
They take FOREVER! I was there for like 3 hours waiting! Ridiculous
