I'm in pain, I called to get some info and the guy who answered the phone cut me off while I was explaining what was wrong. He was very short on the phone and is supposed to represent the whole office... And because of him, I think I'll pass on this place.
A called to make an appointment and when they answered I was in shock on how arrogant and rude they sounded. I understand they might be exhausted by answering calls all day but that no reason for them to be rude towards their customers.
