Thank you Geri!! THE BEST & FASTEST turnaround. We contacted Laser Tech and shipped out our laser handpiece from CA (on a Monday @ 4pm PST) to FL for service. We received the item back on Wednesday @ 9am (less than 48h later) in 100% working condition. THAT IS SERVICE. We saved THOUSANDS $$$$ vs going through the OEM manufacturer and a local vendor (we had used and thought we could trust before). I've been using Laser Tech since 2021 and my experience with them has been excellent. Part of my success is thanks to their constant support. Whether with laser rentals, laser repair or laser purchase .Since , I opened my studio in 2021 and until now , this is the only company that I have used and I’m not looking for more .
