Thank you Geri!! THE BEST & FASTEST turnaround. We contacted Laser Tech and shipped out our laser handpiece from CA (on a Monday @ 4pm PST) to FL for service. We received the item back on Wednesday @ 9am (less than 48h later) in 100% working condition. THAT IS SERVICE. We saved THOUSANDS $$$$ vs going through the OEM manufacturer and a local vendor (we had used and thought we could trust before).
