5 stars, highly recommend! Ok.. so this is the best place I've been to for laser hair removal. I've been to other places and Kim knocks it out of the park! The place I was going to before her, advertised that they had like this Hi-tech advanced machine, blah blah blah and they had it on the highest setting, and it was not getting rid of the hair. I saw Kim for a HydraFacial, and I absolutely ADORE her as a person and as an esthetician. She is the sweetest human. Kim radiates kindness and makes you feel truly cared for. She is really good at telling you what each step of the facial is, what it does, and answers any questions that you have in detail. She takes care of you not only physically, but emotionally too.
