As I’ve been here before, I knew this was the best place for me to come for my skin care needs. Doctors are always on time, and the receptionists are all very friendly!
Absolutely fantastic on every level. Dr. Kuo and Dr. Kwak are outstanding doctors and simply nice people. They genuinely cared about my needs as an individual and did a wonderful job, medically.
My first two appointments I had another doctor but due to scheduling Dr Kwak was assigned for my melanoma removal on my back. This was the first time I’ve ever had a procedure in my life and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Dr Kwak was very kind, informed me what he was doing, kept me occupied by chatting during the procedure and before I knew it was over. He took the time I needed and is a great doctor overall! I really liked this place it was my 1st time there. I need my skin checked every 6 months since I got melanoma on my wrist area. Veronica Chang was great and checked my skin for anything that may have been suspicious. I would recommend this place for sure.
Even with the social distancing restrictions registration for my first office visit was well organized and the staff very polite and informative when questions were asked. Both doctor and technician were polite and concerned for my comfort during exam and procedures. I look forward to my return visit as I know I will be treated with respect
I did the Ultratherapy on my sagging neck paid $2,000 and received poor results and they would not consider giving me a discount or repeat session. Caution! don't waste your money. As Commissioner on Public Social Services for LA County it's my civic duty to warn public on health scams😡
What a great experience. Very thorough examination, which is what I expect. My other dermatologist never had me disrobe which is why I wanted to change Drs. Beautiful office, on time, thorough, and great office staff.
