I just called to order cryogen from this company and their customer service was exceptional. Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate me. I ended up thinking that I needed a fiber but after discussing my issue she told ne that I only needed a slider. It was half the price but her integrity will keep me as a loyal customer forever. It is really important to have ethical people in the industry and Laser Scientic is top notch.

I can not say enough about this wonderful company. I was told by a local Laser Repair company in Tampa Florida that two parts for my laser required replacement - I decided to ask Laser Scientific in Texas to check this diagnosis for me as I had purchased the Lasers from them some years ago. They checked the parts without charge and advised me they DID NOT NEED REPLACING. Laser Scientific then flew to Largo Florida, re-installed the parts and serviced the laser correctly.
