Responsive, friendly, & knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my printing issues but he gave me plenty of tips, tricks, & insights and was wonderful to chat with. I would call anyone else for my printing issues.

I didn't realise that I needed an appointment, Bill looked at my printer anyway. Found what the problem was an ordered the part. When the part came in I scheduled an appointment with him.
