I didn't realise that I needed an appointment, Bill looked at my printer anyway. Found what the problem was an ordered the part. When the part came in I scheduled an appointment with him. I spent less that $100 dollars in getting my printer fixed. Was expecting it to cost a whole lot more.He spent less then an hour repairing it. I highly recommend him.

Bill should be everyones printer expert guy. It's amazing how he helps keep your cost down. And don't forget your ink. Honest and knowledgeable. He can help you match up the right printer for you. Printers are not created equal.
