Buyer beware! I purchased what I thought was a 2016 gentle max through Mike Moreno of MedPro which he co brokered with laser resellers. I had my laser for just under six months and then it started giving me problems. When I had it serviced, I was then informed by the Candela company that this was in fact not a 2016 Laser but 2007! A fraudulent placard had been placed on the back of the laser. Candela pulled the report for the laser for me based on the serial number and sure thing, it is in fact a 2007! I called to do business with this company. I spoke to the owner, and 😲 omg! He is very unprofessional and uncustomer service. He yelled at one of the employees from our company and said he wouldn't work with us because we didn't buy certain equipment a few years ago. He is holding a grudge and now that we are trying to work with him he hung up on one our employees and yelled don't call back we won't work with you! Abruptly saying it! Horrible experience, the owner is rude and unprofessional definitely skip this place. Their equipment prices over priced.
