Back in November of 2016 I had an accident on piece of home exercise equipment that resulted in a ruptured hamstring that had retracted 7 cm and 2 avulsed tendons. My gait was off and my back and hip were in pain. I missed the window of opportunity to have this situation surgically repaired and was sent to Physical Therapy which helped some.
