The technician is very professional and puts customer service first. He returned calls promptly and gave me lots of good suggestion. The gate has been acting up recently again. He kept his words and came out. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it with a creative solution for a reasonable price. I hope we won't need to use any repair service for a while.
