I do not recommend. Front desk staff can be rude. Billing system is out of date and very difficult to get itemized receipts if you get FSA reimbursement. I am not returning because I heard the front staff talk behind my back as I was walking out on the two occasions where I stopped by to work on my reimbursement paperwork. I am going to Frederick Foot and Ankle next time. Maybe they have better service and an updated billing system.

The actual healthcare is good. Only Drawback: They may be understaffed. Only one administrative staff seems to know what's going on, though they all are nice and trying. I've been put on hold multiple times to wait 15+ minutes only to be hung up on. The communication leaves much room for improvement. For instance, they forgot to notify me of my orthotics delivery, so I called after waiting over a month, only to then need to wait a couple more weeks before I could get them. A process that took 3 weeks elsewhere took over 2 mo... read more

Couldn’t even get past receptionist who thought it was okay to just be eating food and speaking rudely in response to questions I had. Can’t imagine what it would be like to actually have to go sit in the same room as these people. Don’t bother.

I've known I have needed ingrown toenail surgery for a while, but I kept putting it off because of fear. After meeting Dr. Mullendore, I decided to finally go through with it. I am so happy with my decision. After the numbing, I felt absolutely no pain during the procedure. I followed the post-op instructions and aside from mild discomfort when the anesthesia was wearing off, I had no pain during recovery. Dr. Mullendore even listened to my vain concern that my toenails would look like "rectangles" afterwards and cut them be... read more
