Had Jacob from Laser Plumbing Newcastle come and check our Rinnai solar hot water system (installed by another company, no longer service our area, which is actually a blessing...lol) as it appeared to not be working correctly. I was right, it wasn't, and Jacob identified and fixed the issue very quickly. Top bloke, new his stuff, very friendly, even educated me on the finer details of how solar hot water systems work.
