I suffered from severe plantar fasciitis for over a year, I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk. I tried exercising, gentle stretches, podiatrist, orthodics etc but nothing worked. I had been suffering from quite severe plantar fasciitis for 6 months and I was in pain. I had tried the on-line exercises, podiatrists and cortisone injections but to no avail. I was recommended to Dr Shikha by a friend but was quite skeptical of the concept. Within 4 weeks I went from hobbling to the bathroom in the morning like a 100-year-old to scrambling through the jungle and over ruins (sometimes up to 25000 steps a day) pain-free.
