I took my mum to go get her eyes checked. We spent about 2 hours. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, polite and patient. I had lots of questions and everything was broken down for me in simple and plain terms. You just get the feeling that they really care about your health and well being and that you're in really great hands. Also, the space was clean and and serene. I would highly recommend.
I want to start this review by thanking the team (Taran, Shanon, Doris, Mei Yit and Dr. and Dr. Abdullah Al-Kaabi) at Laser Ottawa Vision Experts (LOVE). The LOVE team was friendly and professional at all times. My process started with a complete explanation of the cataract surgery that would be done on my left eye. Their explanation completely alleviated the apprehension I had about the cataract procedure. My dad had an operation at the clinic. The service was great and all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had to make some changes to the initial appointment and they were very accommodating. The clinic is super clean and inviting. The staff are professional and supportive. Highly recommend this clinic.
