the provider was very knowledgeable with any questions i asked, however the treatment seemed a bit rushed as they had many clients that needed to be seen. clean up of the nail was not done, i’m not sure if that is part of the treatment or not.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. My husband went to this facility and intended to pay just under $1000. For a treatment that is so expensive, you would expect the service to be Good at the very least. The service was TERRIBLE And continued to get worse with every interaction. He waited two hours in the lobby for a 10 minute procedure. The receptionist (I wish I had her name) was extremely rude to him.
