I would love to describe my experience but after calling several times, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone and continually hear that the voice mail box is full.
I would love to describe my experience but after calling several times, I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone and continually hear that the voice mail box is full.
I bought my parents gift certificates to receive a massage from this spa and they were told numerous (at least 3) times their appointments had to be rescheduled. When my mother went to her appointment that finally had not been rescheduled, the building was locked, nobody answered the one phone number they have and the voicemail box was full. The inconvenience it caused my parents seems to have negated the enjoyment of the massage. I highly recommend anyone looking for a spa, to find one other than this one.
