I had my first, last, and many appointments in between with Arpy at the Cambridge location. She’s always thorough, attentive, and sweet. I’m very happy with my results!
Tiffany is the best! She explained everything nicely and in detail. There was almost zero pain during the procedure. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I’ve been to this facility twice with mixed outcomes. Great service and results from the first session. The second session was rushed and lacked consistent communication. I called to make my third appointment (aiming to schedule with the first beautician) but the scheduler asked that I “just go to the website to schedule instead”, uninterested in helping with the scheduling process.
