She deleted my review, so posting it again. Poor customer service. The staff member I spoke with regarding plasma treatments was dismissive, unprofessional, and unable to answer basic questions about their own procedures or specific medical conditions. If this is how they treat potential patients, I cannot trust them with actual cosmetic treatments. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Jo is super professional, very knowledgeable, and very good at making you feel comfortable during laser treatments! I have been to other laser clinics before (with painful and not super effective treatment) and I wish I had just come to Jo first!! would highly recommend.
Amazing Service. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my laser hair removal . Haven't shaved my neck since.
Met Jo this afternoon for a consultation. She was extremely upfront and honest. Turns out I can't use their services for my particular issue but, she took the time to explain what my issues likely are and, even gave referrals!! She didn't have to do that at all but I truly appreciated it. Not many places would do that when they have nothing to gain. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I will definitely be referring people to the place!!
Horrible customer service and terrible phone etiquette to answer customer questions.
