Love the results! I've only done two sessions and I as so surprised I rarely need to shave. I bought a package, so I'll continue. Appointments are easy. Just show up when scheduled, check in- no waiting, laser hair only takes a few minutes.
The best laser experience I’ve had! Sofia is amazing she makes u feel really comfortable while doing your laser. Poor communication. I had an appointment at 12:50. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and asked if that would be okay. I was told it was fine, but that I would need to see a different technician. Once I arrived and was already in the parking lot, I was told that information was incorrect, they could not see me, and I would need to come back a few hours later. This was a major inconvenience and completely avoidable with proper communication.
