After 2 years of foot pain, a misdiagnosis by another doctor, weekly injections, numerous inserts, orthopedic shoes, and pending invasive surgery I went to Dr. Cowin to get a second opinion. I was blessed to have the opportunity to meet Dr. Richard. After visiting other doctors that only offered me amputate my hammer toe. Dr Richard offered me a laser procedure with out amputation. He has a lot of experience and knowledge. He is kind and caring as well as his staff. Laser surgery was perfect with less pain, less swealing, fast healing. The experience with this doctor was less than pleasant. Firstly, upon attempting to schedule an appointment the scheduling staff were very pushy, and even after explaining I needed pre planning as my commute was more than an hour away, they continued to call me post scheduling to try and get me to come in early.
