laser process went smoothly
Got banned because THIER machine broke down in the middle of MY laser treatment session. I live 45 minutes away and they wanted me to come back after it was fixed after I already left. Then, we rescheduled it. couldn't it make the rescheduled time due to car issues. Didn't ask me for a follow-up, but got an attitude with me after I politely asked for a partial refund on there end.
