I use printers so much that I have completely worn out over 10 printers both Konicas and Brothers over the past ten years. I took two Brothers HL-L6200DW printers in because they were dropping toner randomly. I picked them up January 31 and as of February 2 I have printed over 9,000 two sided legal sheets and I don’t think that I saw 6 sheets with toner drop. These guys are great.

We were tearing our hair out because our printer was not working. We called the Brother service department, read the instruction manual, tried everything to no avail. We were sure we would have to buy another printer. But we then ran across the Laser Express ad, called them, explained the problem, and got immediate help. My printer had an intermittent problem. I took it in and the problem was quickly diagnosed and an expert solution proposed. They provide friendly, prompt and quality service. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome – my printer was making a grinding noise, so I took it to them, and they resolved the issue with a fair service fee. I highly recommend them!
