I bought a Groupon for a microderm and the staff was helpful and attentive. I enjoyed every minute of the procedure my estetician was incredibly helpful and honest. I can't wait to go back!
First time here and first time getting a microdermabrasion. I gotta say, I was treated very well and didn’t have to wait long at all. It was a nice experience. The atomosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I can’t wait to go back.
The microderm and facial is great! I'm saying 3 stars only bc the massage was the worst I've ever received. I actually developed a knot on my shoulder AFTER the massage and have been in pain for several days afterwards. I've received regular massages from massage envy,foot spa, etc and this person truly seemed like a massage novice. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I Would definitely not encourage anyone to visit this medspa. There are plenty of great medspa in San Antonio like Inward Beauty Medspa, Blue Diamond Medspa who’s owners take care of their customers. Since I began my business with Laser derm it’s been a nightmare. The owner won’t even acknowledge her customers and feels like she has too much busy to take the time to address her customs needs.
This is my go to medical spa, I have had almost every service done and they are the best! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I love the laser I have completed 4 session and I have seen great results. I absolutely recommend it.
