I was very disappointed with the customer service and management system at this place. After purchasing a 5-session laser package, I found out I was pregnant. About 2–3 weeks before my second appointment, I personally called to cancel and requested to freeze my account, and the staff clearly confirmed this with me. Nurse Freda is totally amazing beyond words. She explained all the procedures in a simplified manner. The treatment was quick and easy. She made sure I was comfortable throughout
The Markham branch is good with Azadeh one of the staffs that is excellent in customer service.
Had a session with Jatinder. She was excellent
did LHR here, it's the best price around, they have a good laser machine, staff are competent and accommodating LHR doesn't work for everyone but it's a great place to go if it works for you
