The staff is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Eggers As always is pleasant she explains everything that’s happening that she’s doing, very professional very knowledgeable. All in all it’s a great experience always has been on my first time in 2000 when I had my Lasik with Dr. Speaker.
The office got me in on a Friday afternoon when I was visiting manhattan and had a corneal abrasion. They were so kind and took their time to relieve my anxiety and help my severe eye pain. Both doctors were wonderful.
The staff at the LCSA are very accommodating. I ask if this place can accommodate me for my eye laser surgery and hoping they can take my insurance. Unfortunately they don’t, but they are very welcoming. They even ask me if I decide to go back there they will take care of me very well.. I really felt their genuine care for me. See u gals in the future.. Shout out to Ms. Erica and Jodie at the front desk. The other staff members are good too.
Dr Egger and Erika were amazing. Very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns for my yearly review.
