Absolutely horrible. Everyone here is incompetent and give you the run around. Literally, NOBODY knows what they are talking about... you'll get five different stories. Even if you've purchased the warranty they still try to make you pay and will keep your vehicle for well over a week without informing you that said warranty includes a rental car.
