On 08/12/2026, there were 2 employees working so you would think the line would get worked through faster than when it's just 1 employee working, no, actually this day was the day of the slowest service since I been working here in the hospital. 1 employee was taking orders, making the items (drinks, and heating food) while the other one looked and saw the line, kept wiping down the counters, and doing a few dishes. Chicken salad was not good at all. It had raisins or something in it. The smoothie was delicious! Customer service was great.
Very good service and flavor making a hospital stay better
To be clear, this isn’t a full Lasaters, but more of a “mini” Lasaters. Pastries and beverages are on offer, but nothing that requires a sandwich press or even a microwave. It’s a bit off the lobby of the hospital, counter service with the intention that you take your stuff and wander off somewhere to enjoy it. But the person working there was super friendly, and the mocha she made to go along with the double chocolate muffin was just the way I like.
