Ordered the frozen hot cocoa. Drink was half blended, tons of big ice chunks in it making basically undrinkable halfway through. Disappointed after a long day of work
I've never been here before, but I have visited hundreds of coffee shops across the country. The empty dining seemed ok, but a little dark and not super inviting. The service started out fine. The human taking my order was pleasant until I asked how many pumps of syrup would be going into my drink. The person responded, "I can't tell you, it's company policy."
