I have been to the Wilma location twice in a week and my drinks where made with milk when I asked for almond milk. I am allergic so when I take the first sip and my throat starts to swell I know it has milk. I took it back both times and both times the same male worker has argued with me. Today he tells me that the manager says that they can't accommodate to my allergien because they use to much milk products and that they won't be remaking my drinks they messed up again. A friend treated me to a cup of coffee this morning. It was to die for!
I have had 4 bad experiences in less than 3 months. I gave them chances to get it right but no the case. I will not be back or recommend them .

First time going this morning. This exhausted mamma really needed a great coffee and you delivered. Vanilla latte was so great. Service was fast and friendly! Thank you ☕️🤗
Starbucks was packed a few days ago so I figured I’d try something new. BIG mistake! I ordered plain iced coffee with cream/sugar-free vanilla. Literally so bad I had to throw it out! The coffee was warm and my ice completely melted within five minutes. I had a lukewarm coffee with the worst tasting SF syrup I’ve ever had (and this is the same thing I regularly order at Starbucks). Who gives someone hot coffee with ice for an “iced coffee?” If I didn’t have an appointment I would’ve gone back for my money.
